services
What materials do you use?
We use only the best—premium acrylic paint for murals and illustrations, and enamel paint for sign-writing. Quality is at the heart of everything we do.
Is the work waterproof?
Yes, absolutely! All of our work is double-coated for durability, making it fully waterproof and able to withstand the elements for over five years, even outdoors.
Do you come to the site, or do we need to drop off boards?
We typically work on-site for murals and blackboards, but if you’re ordering custom boards, we’ll craft them in our workshop and deliver them to you once they’re ready.
Do you work outside of London?
Yes, we’re more than happy to travel! Let us know where you’re based, and we’ll see how we can accommodate your project.
How do you charge—by the hour or by the project?
We charge by the project. The more details you can provide—like the design, size, and content—the more precise we can be with the quote.
What do you need from me to get a quote?
We’ll need photos of the boards or space, dimensions, the location of the job, your desired timeline, and an idea of the design, including any illustrations.
If we have a large job outside London, do we need to arrange accommodation?
Depending on the location and scope of the project, we may require accommodation to ensure we complete the job on time and to our usual high standards.
Does the paint smell strong or make a mess?
Our blackboard and mural work is virtually odor-free. Enamel paint, used for sign-writing, has a stronger smell, but we always cover surrounding areas and ensure the space is left clean and tidy.
What happens after we agree on the quote?
We’ll send you a 40% deposit invoice. Once that’s paid, we’ll book in the dates to start and complete your project.
How long does a job typically take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the project. Once we have all the details, we’ll provide you with an estimated timeline so you know when to expect completion.
Can you paint over existing artwork on a board?
Not a problem! We’ll apply two coats of blackboard paint to give you a fresh, blank canvas, ready for the new artwork.
